It's Summertime and I have the perfect snack for you, your friends, and the family. 

In the afternoon do you get a little tired? Do you need a pick me up but you don't want to drink coffee. I have the answer for you.

I’ve been making this recipe for 3 years and I can’t believe this is my first time sharing it!!!

These balls are sweet & so lemony. If you love lemon bars, you're going to love these!🤪🍋

It's simple to make and you can make them sweet or sour. We're flexible. 

Ingredients:

👉🏼2 cups oats

👉🏼1 cup dates

👉🏼1 cup almonds

👉🏼1 juicy lemon(1/2 cup juice)

👉🏼 1/2 cup shredded coconut

👉🏼 1/2 cup agave

optional: 1/2 tsp lemon extract (for an extra 🍋 punch!)

Directions:

1️⃣ Place oats, dates, and almonds into a food processor and blend on high until it reaches a flour-like consistency.

2️⃣ Add shredded coconut, lemon juice, extract, and agave. Pulse together until the mixture turns into a dough like texture.

3️⃣Roll dough into balls and place into fridge or freezer.

Optional: you can also roll these balls in shredded coconut or coconut sugar to make them EXTRA delicious!

Remove them from the Freezer and give them time to get ready to eat. Store in the fridge until ready to eat!🥰
