A few years ago there was a time that I was addicted to watching fitness YouTubers.🎥

I would spend hours every week watching my favorite vlogs, a full day of eating, workout videos, grocery hauls, etc. I’d watch them on my lunch break, while I was making dinner and before bed.

I thought I would become happier if I was leaner and watching these videos and “studying” them would get me one step closer.

Looking back there was A LOT more going on under the surface... 

It took me getting really lean and being emotional obsessed with food to realize there was more to life than being fit..

MY ADVICE (from personal experience)

is to use fitness to improve your life!✨

There is absolutely nothing wrong with wanting...

🌈To lose weight & feel unapologetic confident

🌈To build sexy curves to your frame

🌈To look your best naked (yes getting fit makes you want to walk around naked more!)

🌈To have more and better sex in your life which is an important part of your health

 

No getting fit won’t make fix everything, but you can learn a lot about yourself through the process!

I wanted abs so badly!!! Haha I was obsessed and was so strict with myself. Thank goodness we have lived and learned 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

 

PLUS, when you look good, you feel good about yourself which enables you to work on your mindset!
