Shipping Info

Order Confirmation:

When you place your order you will receive an order confirmation to the e-mail associated with the order. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. Once your order is received, it will be sent to our warehouse to be picked, packed, and shipped within 24 hours.

Order Shipment:

If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card it will ship within one business day from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. In order to get you the best possible pricing, we ship all orders directly from the manufacturer. Please allow 12-20 business days for delivery of your package for domestic orders. International shipments may take up to 14 business days for delivery. If you do not receive tracking information from us within two business days of your order feel free to follow up with us at Some international orders that take longer are considered to be in customs and will be processed for delivery based on your local customs process. However, if after 60 days your package has not delivered, we will work with you to have your package reshipped or refunded for the price of the items sold.


Domestic orders from are eligible to receive standard, expedited, or overnight shipping services. Expedited and overnight shipping rates will incur additional costs.


Inspect the packaging of your items on receipt. If you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your items do arrive damaged please send photos to and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Shipping Policy:

Orders placed on business days (Monday - Friday) typically ship within 1-2 business days. If your order is placed on a weekend, it will ship the following Monday. Business days do not reflect weekends or US holidays.

International Shipping:

Service Pro Supply is not responsible for any VAT, Customs Fees or International Taxes that may be incurred after the purchase of merchandise from our online store. Orders may take longer to deliver due to customs delays. Though not all orders can be delayed by customs inspections, in some cases, orders can be inspected at a customs agency for a certain amount of time. Please keep this in mind when ordering internationally.

By ordering goods from Service Pro Supplydestined to EU-member states specifically, services will be provided to you only after you explicitly agree to become Importer of Record (“IOR”) and as such customs clearance shall be made in your name and on your behalf.

As IOR, you agree to be ultimately responsible for importing the products ordered by you into the destination EU-member state and are solely responsible for the payment of duties, and taxes either at the time of sale if prepayment is selected or at the time of importation if prepayment is not selected. You hereby give a proxy or power of attorney (“POA”) to GottaSoul's designated shipping provider for the customs clearance of products ordered by you. This POA authorizes GottaSouls designated shipping provider’s assigned customs broker to act on behalf of you. GottaSouls designated shipping provider’s intervention with respect to customs formalities may be done by a customs agent assigned by GottaSouls designated shipping provider on your behalf.

You hereby acknowledge to have understood the concept of IOR and the need of the POA and further state that the terms of the POA or terms of the purchase from GottaSoul and transportation conditions from GottaSoul designated shipping provider are not unreasonable or unknown to you, that you have read them, understood them and further have agreed to them
